5:45 AM Yoga class at Sumit's Yoga studio. 16.9 oz of water. Today was my first day using a Yogitoes SKIDLESS Yoga Towel. It goes on top of your yoga mat. My performance has been hindered for the past 2 months using a towel on top of my mat. The towel slips and slides and you are constantly trying to reposition it. Yogitoes towel has little rubber beads built into the back of the towel that anchor into your mat. The towel captures the sweat but doesn't slip.
I would strongly recommend having this essential tool as your embark in a heated yoga class.

9:15-9:40 AM jog outside with my son. Though I completed the run without stopping, he got home about 10 minutes before me. It reminds me of how easy it is to lose our youth. Here I am 66 days into my transformation and my 14 year old son, who doesn't exercise that much is in such better shape than me. I am thankful for the transformation results thus far. Without that I wouldn't have been able to jog the entire distance. As I continue, I know I will continue to improve and slowly be able to achieve a pace that is more in line with his.

Yesterday I decided to have 3 oz of Zrii in the morning vs. having 1.5 oz in the morning and 1.5 oz in the evening. I found it more difficult to fall asleep last night. I have had chronic insomnia, but since consuming Zrii, especially taking Zrii with my last meal, I typically fal asleep within 5 minutes.
